| My drive belt/clutch cover rubs on my belt when starting or shutting off the engine. I adjusted the bracket on the bottom foward part of the cover but it still rubs. Is there any way to adjust the belt tension for lower RPMs or any other way to adjust the cover? |

I am having same problem and was told to replace cover . that the covers will warp under overheating . There is very little clearance around clutch and cover. I took my bike to dealer and clutch is working properly . |

| I also have an issue with the clutch rubbing my warped clutch cover. This is an obvious result of poorly engineered product. Polaris should recall and replace the clutch covers on all of their machines. I am sure that this will happen the day after I hit the mega millions lottery. That aside, does anyone out there know of an aftermarket clutch cover that is made of a more sturdy material? |
