my sportsman would run for about 2 minutes and cut off .If you tried to crank it with out turning the key in the off position it would turn over but not start,but if you turn the key off first it will start right up.the battery emblem comes up and the speedometer needle starts blinking. this dosn't happen all the time.I've ohmed the stator by the voltage regulator.changed the insturment cluster.I put a volt meter on the battery and started it and the volts will start at 12.8 and climb to 19 volts then the battery light comes on and the needle starts blinking .I'm about to buy the voltage regulator next but no refunds on electrical parts  |
