I'M SICK WITH WORRY ABOUT THE ENGINE AND RELATED MECHANICS. IT SEEMS OK, BUT I WISH TO KNOW WHAT I SHOULD CHECK AND/OR BE CONCERNED WITH??? HELP PLEASE!

No concerns.... If ya tip your quad on its side or completely over... you can usually just let it sit for a spell & allow fluids to return & then crank er' back over for another ride....

Only know this because.... No - I've never turned one over... lol

You should be fine. ATVs are designed to handle roll overs. Just let it sit for a while and allow the fluids to drain back down. If you are still concerned you can remove the spark plug and turn the engine over to purge any fluid out that may have leaked into the cylinder to ensure the engine won't hydrolock or bend any valves. If you purge the cylinder be sure leave the spark plug in the boot and ground it to the engine, but keep it away from the from to cylinder head so you dont take the chance of igniting anything that comes out of the cylinder. I tell you this because some ignition systems can be damaged if the plug is not grounded.
