I own a 87' TRX250 Fourtrax, rebuilt the machine from the ground up with some new parts but mostly used parts. The engine turns right over without ever having to use the choke and runs great until it has ran awhile. It runs fine except when sitting at idle a short period of time then wants to shut off. Any ideas on what the problem may be would greatly handy.  |

| i may be the coil is getting to hot or the cap. inside the coil is starting to break down. if you can get your hands on a good coil, replace and see if your problem leaves. |

| Make sure your gas cap vent switch is set to on. Otherwiswe you vacum lock the gas tank while it runs and it stalls after a while. The switch is only in the evnt you are trailering etc not to spill fuel |
