Check out this new website. Loads of proof with BBB reports, ripoffreport, documented unhappy dealers. What a mess. www.sunlsucks.com

| Not only Junk L, but there are other copying the same bad service. Wicked Rocked, Red Cat, etc. Making the market seem bad and unreliable, giving a bad name for those who do the right thing. |

I still can't believe the volume of BBB and Ripoff Report claims. There are some highly upset dealers and individuals out there.... www.sunlsucks.com

This is bad news and hurts the entire industry. Generally, when people have a nighmare experience with a poor performing importer it makes them very hesitant to do business with another company that does do the right thing. Jackel strives very hard to stay above this sort of stuff.

| I know quite a few ex SUNL employees. I'm also in Dallas.
One of them that was in sales told me that SUNL's client/dealership base completely changes oner every 90 days. Dealers drop the SUNL product line soon after they sign up, get a few orders and find out the quality IS TERRIBLE and they can't get parts to fix what they sell! SUNL just goes out and signs up new dealers to replace the ones continually dropping off, and that hardly anyone stays on as a SUNL dealer for more than a few months. Sooner or later this has got to catch up with SUNL. |

And it gets even nastier! Another ex-dealer jumps in.

My opinion....
I, myself, think that SunL, Roketa, and many many other "chinese" companies are getting "bad wraps" because of "bad dealers". There are way too many units being sold by whoever wants to call themselves a dealer. I don't think anyone should be allowed to sell any type of motorsports off of the internet. These bikes should be sold the "old fashioned way" - retail - store front sales only.
There are numerous places selling these chinese units off of the internet. Think about it.... anyone can buy a book off of ebay & figure out how to turn the pages, but not just anyone can buy a quad/dirt bike and put it together & make the necessary adjustments to make it run. Therefore - there is many many units that have been sold & consumers can't get them to run... guess I would be upset too. I can not imagine myself buying any type of motorsports product without putting my eyes on it and seeing it run - if not test riding it also. I'm not trying to de-grade the consumers, just being realistic.
Again.... just my opinion
