Had a customer bring me one of these for repair.

Brand new and he only got to ride it for 30 minutes before it started skipping and popping. Does it in both forward and reverse. Appears to be in the rear end. He's been fighting with SUNL for 2 months over the warranty. Anyone know what the problem could be (before I tear into it) and who may have parts?

well there was no fix for this JUNK SUNL piece of garbage except to invoke the Texas Lemon Law and for JUNKL (SUNL) to take it back. 5 months and NO parts. What a bunch of slimeballs......I recommend that if you're looking to buy an ATV......avoid SUNL.

how can it be the rear end? it is chain drive. unless the sproket is slipping on the shaft, it cant be the rear end. it would have to be in the trans. that would mean you would need a whole new motor. sorry

My guess.... had bad bearings & seals in it from the get go....

Go to your local auto supply store and pick up the bearings.... or better yet.. order a bearing & seal kit for a Yamaha 350 Warrior... retails for around $35

Had a Roketa (ATV-04) doing the same thing - replaced the bearing & good to go!
