| Will a Jackel 50R gas tank work on a Kazuma Meercat? I found the best parts support at www.kazumausa.com and online parts ordering at www.kazumaatvparts.com The fenders look the same, but I'm not sure. What about the intake manifold? |

| I had the same problem on the Kazuma ATV. The only similiar style crossover is the 50R. I bought a gas tank from Jackel and it was reinforced so it does not leak. I paid a tad more but it just appears to be made better. The website www.kazumatvparts.com has a good large kazuma gas tank pic but I think you need to see down the tank with the cap off to see if its double hull and you can't from this particular photo. You can also see some visual differences at www.kidatv.com though. Hope this helps. |

Member and Guest,
There are several Jackel brand ATV parts that will cross over to other brands such as Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and off brand ATVs such as Kazuma and Redcat. Please just call our toll free tech line to check on your specific part needed. Tech 1-888-529-8629.

My dealer down the road is having problems getting a brand called SUN L ATV parts. I know it's a Chinese brand of ATV but that's all I really know. Anyone out in ATV forum land can you help?

Sunl is one of the cheapest companies out there, you should probably just buy two machines and keep an extra for parts. you get what you pay for... |

Thanks for the advice. The easiest place to order Kazuma parts appears to be www.kazumausa.com or www.kazumaatvparts.com which seem to be the same place. They have online order capabilities for most Kazuma parts as well as a toll free number to call for Kazuma parts. There were other places I found selling Kazuma parts but I either got a voice mail or no answer. The Kazuma Falcon 250cc is complete junk as I've heard this even from a few Kazuma dealers I found across the nation. The Kazuma Falcon 110cc seems like a decent unit. It just seems everyone in forum land and in the ATV business has the biggest problem with Kazuma parts. That my Kazuma ATV parts imput I guess.

I have viewed all the websites and www.kazumaatvparts.com is the cleanest most professional. They also are the only company that answers the phone and it's toll free. Anyway, I have left this similiar post on various ATV forums weeks ago and due to the overwhelming reply I thought I'd post it in other places. I'm not saying other outfits are good but this is just my personal experience. Id like to see more Chinese ATV Parts on the website though.

Dear Members,
I still am unable to find kazuma parts for my 250cc Kazuma ATV but will agree the www.kazumausa.com website was the only place I was able to get someone to answer the phone or at least answer the phone that speaks English.

All I can say about SUNL is AVOID!
Some of their ATVs are OK, and some are cheap dangerous junk that falls apart real fast. Either way they SIMPLY DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCTS. Whether you get the 30 day warranty or 6 months, it does not matter cause THEY DON'T HAVE PARTS. SUNL is real bad about returning your calls or answering emails. |

That's what I hear. Dealers in the NW USA all basically say if you buy SUNL make sure to get 10 units because you will sell 8 and you need at least two for spare parts. I guess you could just sell from the Walmart parking lot in an unmarked trailer and not worry about it. Ha!

Well here's the problem. SUNL claims to carry "quality" products and is dedicated to customer service. They also say they have a "parts" warehouse and will assist with warranty and parts issues.
read it here on their website:
http://www.sunl.com/information.php?info_id=6&osCsid=e42fb41b021dbec07fd6e70101bc3fb4
What they say and do are two different things. Basically once they get your money....THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO AFTER THE SALE SUPPORT....PERIOD!
Got a technical question? SUNL doesn't know. You want parts? Forget it, they DON'T have them! Got a warranty claim? Well SUNL offers a "parts only" warranty and you'll be waiting for months, that is if you even get the parts.
I'd have a little respect for SUNL if they'd just tell it like it is. "We're selling you cheap Chinese junk with no warranty and we don't carry parts".
I've seen alot of people stiffed by SUNL. They spent their hard-earned money on a $2000 go kart or ATV, and it lasted only a week or two before breaking down and needing parts. SUNL or the dealer wouldn't help them out.
These people were then stuck with a useless expensive pile of junk. Seen it many times.
There is a very good reason why SUNL has an "unsatisfactory" rating with the Dallas Better Business Bureau.
My advice is to AVOID any SUNL product. |
