This is the first problem I've had with this ATV. My son stopped riding the other day, and about a minute later, fuel kept running out of the drain on the bottom of the carb. We turned the fuel valve off for now, but I need to know if this is a simple fix, or does the carb need rebuilt/replaced?

the needle valve has something holding it open or the seat is not sealing remove the carb and clean it out
