I have an 01 Raptor that clicks in the starter relay when I hit the start button. I thought the battery was dead but it shows 12.44 volts and never drops below 11 when starting. Is the clicking in the starter realy a sign that its going bad? Also are the fuses on the relay supposed to both be 20 amps?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm kind of new to the quad scene but the family sure does seem to enjoy it.

Thanks in advance,
Randy

If your solenoid is clicking, that means it is ok. Your problem is the starter, which will need to be rebuilt or replaced. This is a common problem for most four-wheelers as they get older.
