I have a 200es big red that keeps fouling plugs.the plug is always black when i remove it. I have cleaned carb sev times, checked float and adjusted sev ways. I have changed setting of neddle on top to every pos and nothing seems to help.I suspect to much fuel to air ratio but can't find problem. I also put new air filter on. I bought this from a private individual. I have worked on alot of engines and can't figure this one out.The guy that had this wheels and deals in atv's. any help will be apreciated. |

| it could be a lot of things. an air leak before the carb(after carb before head), if your valves are leaking then that might be the problem. if it is smoking then it might be that you are using to light of oil. (that is if the smoke is white which means eather fuel or oil) if the oil is to light then the spark plug might look fouled out but is realy burned oil. check the oil and see if it is to thin. i use to run 15w40 in my big red. |
