| Hey I am new to this and need some help I have a 91 300 fourtrax that is driving me crazy it just stopped one day no spark. Right now if you turn on the key and crank it you get one weak spark and then nothing. you will get one spark each time you turn the key off and then back on. I have checked the following: engine ground, replaced the spark genarator, of course checked the plug. I ran the tests in the book for the coil but am not sure if I did it right. To test across the terminals I put the ohm meter at 200 and got a reading of .04, when I tested the green terminal to the plug wire I had to move the meter to 200k in order to get a reading at all and then got 9.1 other then that I have been checking the harness for breaks etc.. any one have any ideas ?????? |
